Pyroban is excited to be supporting the upcoming Hyster® Rhine Tour .
The Rhine Tour kicks off during TOC Europe from 12-14 June in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where Hyster® trucks will be on display both on the stand and outside the show.
Explosion protection showcased
A selection of Hyster® equipment for ship to store handling will then be transported by barge to terminals in Lauterbourg (Strasbourg), France on 21st June, Birsfelden (Basel), Switzerland on 26th June and Wesel, Germany on 9th July for further events.
A wide range of offerings from Hyster® suppliers and partners, including Pyroban, will also be showcased as a key part of the Rhine Tour events. For instance, a Hyster® Fortens® lift truck will be fitted with a Pyroban Gascheka duo added safety system.
What is added safety?
Gascheka duo
is a gas detection system that monitors the surrounding area of any type of vehicle, from forklift trucks and pallet stackers to vans, transportation vehicles, cranes and access platforms. Many materials handling applications where there are ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 risk areas may also have areas classed as ‘safe’ nearby, but where there is still some risk.
It only takes one spark to cause an explosion, so Pyroban believes there are no safe areas when it comes to handling potentially hazardous materials. Gascheka duo provides added safety for materials handling equipment operating in these areas.
